Happy NCC Day Images – National Cadet Corps popularly known as NCC is the largest uniform organization in the world raised in the year 1948. The National Cadet Corps is a youth wing of Indian Armed Forces. The headquarters of NCC is at New Delhi, India. NCC is a tri-services organisation comprising of Army, Navy and Air Force. The emblem of NCC has three colours- red, dark blue and light blue to represent the Indian Army, the Indian Navy and the India. There are even 17 lotuses on the emblem which indicates the 17 directories of India. It is open for all school and college students on voluntary basis which helps in developing the youths into discipline and patriotic citizens. The cadets are recruited from high schools, higher secondary, colleges and universities where the are given basic military training in small arms and drills. NCC is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of November throughout the country. This year in 2022 we will be celebrating our 74th anniversary on 27th November 2022.
