Lord Surya Images – Lord Surya is one of the most important deity of Hindus. He is also known by many different names like Aditya, Arka, Bhanu, Ravi or Bhaskara. He is the god of daylight and the former king of Devtas. Lord Surya carries suryastra, asatras, wand, trisula, chakra, gada and conch shell. He is believed to ride on a chariot drawn by Aruna by seven horses.
